„Hamlet mortuus est” is a show about time, about the „sense of time”, today. Our time, the time of our lives. Although life expectancy increases with each generation, it seems that we have much less time for everything than the generations before. How do our lives pass under this ferocious universal compression of time, how does it change the perception of man, be he king, clerk or gravedigger, at the last moment of life and death? How do we leave the stage? In how many ways do we know how to say goodbye to time?

Levente Kocsárdi is a Hungarian-Romanian director and actor. Since 1997 he has been an actor of the Hungarian `Csiky Gergely` Theatre, Timișoara. He is a bilingual actor and has developed his professional career in the state and independent artistic environment, playing important roles in the national theatres in Timișoara, Arad, but also during artistic tours in Hungary, Sweden, Austria, Germany. He has played over 120 roles in performances in Hungarian and Romanian, collaborating with important directors. He has directed performances on the stages of state and independent theatres. He is the artistic director of the independent company Arte-Factum, where he runs the Laboratory of Theatrical Introspection and the independent season Nocturnalii.

The Arte-Factum Cultural Association was founded in 2008, as a platform for contemporary culture. The first event produced by Arte-Factum was the José Carreras Concert in Timișoara, July 20, 2008. The only concert held by the world-famous tenor in Timișoara, together with the Banat Philharmonic Orchestra, was heard by 8,000 spectators. For this project, Arte-Factum sanitized the former Youth Outdoor Swimming Pool, an abandoned recreational facility in disrepair, reconfigured, arranged and equipped it as a space for open-air artistic events and relaunched it in the city’s cultural circuit. After the José Carreras concert in Timișoara, the reconfigured space was made available to the municipality. The independent company Arte-Factum has in its repertoire portfolio 7 independent theatrical productions with texts/dramatizations based on works of universal culture, by authors such as Gabriel García Márquez, Feodor Mihailovici Dostoievski, Salvador Dalí, Thomas Mann.

„Hamlet mortuus est” este un spectacol despre timp, despre „sentimentul timpului”, astăzi. Timpul nostru, timpul vieților noastre. Deși speranța de viață crește cu fiecare generație, pare că avem mult mai puțin timp pentru toate decât generațiile de dinainte. Cum ne trec viețile sub această feroce compresie universală a timpului, cum schimbă el percepția omului, fie el rege, slujbaș ori gropar, asupra ultimei clipe de trăit și a morții? Cum ieșim de pe scenă? În câte feluri  știm să ne despărțim de timp?

Levente Kocsárdi este regizor și actor maghiar-român. Din 1997 este actor al Teatrului Maghiar Csiky Gergely, Timișoara. Este un actor bilingv și și-a dezvoltat cariera profesională și în mediul artistic de stat și independent, interpretând roluri importante în teatrele naționale din Timișoara, Arad, dar și în turnee artistice în Ungaria, Suedia, Austria, Germania. A interpretat peste 120 de roluri în spectacole în limbile maghiară și română, colaborând cu regizori importanți. A regizat spectacole pe scenele teatrelor de stat și independente. Este director artistic al companiei independente Arte-Factum, unde conduce Laboratorul de Introspecție Teatrală și stagiunea independentă Nocturnalii.

Asociația Culturală Arte-Factum a fost înființată în 2008, ca o platformă de cultură contemporană. Primul eveniment produs de  Arte-Factum a fost Concertul José Carreras la Timișoara, 20 iulie 2008. Unicul concert susținut de tenorul de celebritate mondială la Timișoara, împreună cu orchestra Filarmonicii Banatul, a fost audiat de 8000 de spectatori. Pentru acest proiect, Arte-Factum a igienizat fostul Ștrand al Tineretului, un obiectiv recreativ abandonat, aflat în paragină, l-a reconfigurat, amenajat și dotat ca spațiu de evenimente artistice open-air și l-a relansat în circuitul cultural al orașului. După concertul José Carreras la Timișoara, spațiu astfel reconfigurat a fost repus la dispoziția municipalității. Compania independentă Arte-Factum deține în portofoliul său repertorial 7 producții teatrale independente cu texte/dramatizări după opere ale culturii universale, ale unor autori precum Gabriel García Márquez, Feodor Mihailovici Dostoievski, Salvador Dalí, Thomas Mann.
